Refund policy
- Right to a refund
The customer is entitled to a refund in the following cases:
· If the delivered product does not match the one ordered (wrong product)
· If the product is physically damaged during transport (with proof: photo + record with
by courier service)
· If the product has a manufacturing defect - Conditions for exercising rights
Refunds can be requested within 14 days of receiving the product,
provided that:
· The product has not been used
· The product is in the original packaging
· The product is not opened (important for alcoholic beverages for hygiene and health reasons) - Method of exercising rights

· The reason for the request
· Proof (picture or other documentation, if applicable) - Refund deadline
After the request is approved, the funds are returned within 7 working days, in the same way as it was
payment made (unless the customer requests otherwise).
