On the Origin of Strength

In a world that strives for mediocrity and noise, in what way does your art draw power from that chosen infinity of which we speak in the NIHILEJ Gin Club as curtural manifesto? How does your very being forge an artist who refuses to be ordinary?

E.S. - I actually draw my strength from the ordinary. I observe simple things and try to imagine myself as a part of them. For me, it is important to be in harmony with the world, even though I am, in my own way, a rebel.

On Alchemy and Materialization

NIHILEJ GIN is a liquid gallery—a tangible poetics. How do you, as a creator, define that divine moment—that alchemy of immediate intimacy—when your dream and enacted desire transform into a tangible work?

E.S. - It lies precisely in the moment when music reaches the listener through the performer’s fingers, when a poet’s words travel through lines and arrive at the reader, or when a drink touches the lips, almost like a kiss.
