All products displayed on the website are available subject to stock availability. We reserve
the right to change the assortment, prices, and sales conditions without prior notice.
All prices are expressed in Serbian dinars (RSD) and include VAT. Prices do not include packaging and
delivery costs, which are calculated separately during the ordering process.
Promotions and discounts apply only under the conditions published on the website.
NIHILEJ DOO reserves the right to change website information, including prices.
For confirmed orders, the price valid at the moment of order confirmation
shall apply. - Ordering and Payment
Purchases are made by adding products to the shopping cart and following the ordering instructions.
Payment may be made by credit/debit card, cash on delivery, or bank transfer, depending
on the user’s choice and available options.
The contract between the seller (NIHILEJ DOO) and the customer is deemed concluded upon
order confirmation by the customer.

Delivery is available within the territory of the Republic of Serbia via courier services with which
we cooperate. The estimated delivery time is usually 2–5 business days. Delivery is made exclusively
to adult persons, with the possibility of identity verification.
If the courier determines that the recipient is not of legal age, we reserve the right to refuse delivery.
In order to improve service quality and customer satisfaction, NIHILEJ DOO strives to complete deliveries
within the shortest possible time and in accordance with any special
delivery conditions previously specified by the customer.
Information about shipment status and the date the package is handed over to the courier service will be sent
to the email address provided during order creation.
Please ensure that all entered information is accurate to enable smooth
and timely delivery.
NIHILEJ DOO shall not be held liable for delays caused by third parties
(courier services).
Customers may modify delivery details until the package has been handed over
to the courier service.
- Complaints and Returns
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within
14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. Returns are accepted only if the product is
undamaged, unopened,and in its original packaging. Complaints may be submitted via email or phone.
The contract is considered terminated when the consumer completes and submits the standard withdrawal
form (availablevia the website or email).
In case of damage during transport, please notify the courier and us immediately
via the contact form or phone. - Data Protection
